Living close to history

Due to a combination of ignorance and sillyvilization, there is no longer any type of motorsports racing near Colorado Springs. However, we do still have our racing heritage here, as can be seen by the above historical site plaque. This plaque is located on a building less than four-hundred feet from where I live.
